PRESIDENT/CEO
Basorge Tariah Jnr, a versatile entertainer and businessman, was a dance champion. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Choreography from the prestigious University of Port Harcourt.
In his 30 years in the entertainment industry, the Grandmaster (as he is fondly called), is one of the quartet of comedy pioneers in Nigeria. He , alongside Ali Baba, Okey Bakassi and Mohammed Danjuma remain the Original Kings of Comedy.
Mr. Tariah has also excelled in television. The unforgettable Dogood character in Candlelight, alongside Kate Henshaw-Nuttall comes to mind. He has starred in over fifty Nollywood productions - most of which he wrote, produced and directed.

His adventure into the music industry started when he was still a teenager. He founded the Port Harcourt-based hip-hop group called "BCS Rhymes". In recent years, though, he has discovered notable artistes such as Timaya, Onos Brisibi and Big Mozy.  He continues to search for music talents, following his strong belief in the abundance of untapped 'resources' in the music industry; giving the much needed opportunity to many young men and women, who under  proper guidance are capable of making timeless records and unforgettable performances of international standard.
Basorge Tariah Jnr lives in Lagos with his lovely wife and four children.

DIRECTOR
Doris Tariah (Mrs) brings a lot of management skills and experience to the label. She was the Executive Director of Event Option Ventures for so many years, where she helped the company establish as a foremost media and support service supplier.  She also set up her private company, VICTORIAN BELLE, which also acts as consultants to Solid Star Records.  She is the Finance Director.

GENERAL MANAGER
Patrick Ikechukwu Nnamani is a gifted writer and graphic designer. He holds a diploma in Public Relations and a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration. He is also an Oracle-certified Professional in Database Administration.

A budding novelist, Mr. Nnamani contributes to various magazines (local and international) and is editor of 234Magazine. He has written several screenplays for Nollywood productions and created a few television series.
He joined the label after a collaboration with Basorge Tariah Jnr on the sitcom "The Dogood & Emem Show". He lives in Lagos.

IT OFFICER
Newton Osinowo  is a software specialist and IT consultant. He is in charge of the web (internet applications) and other related tasks, which he carries out with ease and professionalism.

SOUND ENGINEER
Kalu Louis Ejindu also known as Bralou, has worked with Geraldo Pino, a music legend, where he honed his music skills. A fine guitarist, Bralou's moment came when he became the sound engineer and co-producer on the Solid Star Records label. Bralou possesses a creative passion and dedication that compliments the Lead producer of Solid Star-Basorge.
